I. Return conditions

Time requirements: You can apply for a return within 30 days from the date you sign for the goods.

Product status: The goods must be kept intact, unused, undamaged, with accessories, gifts, original packaging and labels complete.

Voucher requirements: Please keep the order information, invoice (if any) and other shopping vouchers for smooth return.

II. Return process

Submit an application: Log in to your elleyy.com account, initiate a return application in "Order Details", or send an email to service@elleyy.com to explain your return needs.

Review and confirmation: We will review the application within 1 working day after receiving it, and send you the return address and instructions after approval.​

Returning the goods: Please use express delivery to send the goods to the return address: Room I-14-01, Dagongfang Shared International Innovation Center, Building 9, Xuelang Town, No. 99 Qingshu Road, Wuxi Economic Development Zone. ​

Refund processing: After the goods are signed and verified, we will complete the refund within 3-5 working days, and the original payment path will be returned. ​

III. Exchange instructions ​

If you need to change the color, model, etc. of the product, you can apply for a replacement within 30 days. The process is similar to the return. After the review is passed, we will re-ship you as soon as possible after receiving the returned goods and confirming that they are correct. ​

IV. Notes ​

The following situations are not applicable to returns and exchanges: ​

Customized electronic products (such as headphones, USB flash drives, etc.) that affect secondary sales after unpacking; ​

Special products that have been activated or used and affect the integrity of the goods; ​

Goods damaged due to improper personal use. ​
