2. Shipping Policy
In order to bring you a more enjoyable shopping experience, we provide free shipping services throughout the store. Regardless of the order amount and the number of goods, you do not need to pay additional transportation fees and can easily bring your favorite electronic products home.
3. Delivery Time
Regular orders: If the order payment is successful and the goods are in stock, we will complete the goods out of the warehouse within 1-2 working days. It is expected to be delivered in most areas within 3-5 working days, and remote areas may be extended to 5-7 working days.
Pre-sale/customized goods: Such goods will be shipped out according to the estimated delivery time marked on the page, and the specific delivery time shall be subject to the actual logistics information. You can check the estimated delivery time of the goods on the order details page.

V. Signature Instructions
When the goods are delivered, please be sure to check whether the outer packaging is intact on the spot. If you find any abnormalities such as damaged outer packaging, missing or damaged goods, please do not sign for the goods and immediately contact our customer service (service@elleyy.com) for feedback. We will handle it for you as soon as possible.
If you are unable to sign for the goods yourself, entrusting someone else to sign for you will be deemed to have signed for you. Please communicate with the consignee in advance about the inspection of the goods. If you find any problems with the goods after signing for them, you will be responsible for the relevant responsibilities, except for those that meet the return and exchange policy.
VI. Return and Exchange Logistics
Return: If you need to return the goods, please apply in accordance with the elleyy.com return and exchange policy. The return shipping costs caused by non-product quality issues shall be borne by you; if there are quality problems with the goods, we will reimburse you for the return shipping costs after verification.
Exchange: We will bear the shipping costs for the exchanged goods, and you do not need to pay additional logistics costs. We will arrange the shipment of the replacement goods as soon as possible after receiving your returned goods and confirming that they are correct.
